Our focus is to reach and support underserved small businesses, with an emphasis on those owned by women, veterans, and socially and economically disadvantaged individuals to help them recover from the effects of COVID-19.

Through the Community Navigator Pilot Program, SBA is partnering with the National Urban League and other organizations in targeted outreach for small businesses in underserved communities.
